Visio 2003: Tooltip box too small; won't display if shape also has hyperlink

I have been trying to use the Tooltip box to display onmouseover popup
text. The default tooltip box is too small. I need one about 300 wide x
200 tall. Is there a way to set the size larger?

Also, tooltip will not display if another hyperlink is on the shape. Is
there a way to make hyperlinks and tooltip work on the same shape?

Select the shape and choose Insert > Shape ScreenTip.
