Visio 2003 update patch reset all my menus

I have made extensive customization to the standard menus to add and delete
buttons to match how I work.

Recently, I received one of those patches from Microsoft for Visio 2003.
It reset all my menus to the default.

Can menu customizations be saved? Can I have different menu layouts saved
and retrievable for the different kinds of work I do?

Or do I need to redo all the customizations?
