visio 2003 unsafe content warning

I created a viso drawing in 2003 with links to other drawings in a local file
system. When I open it with the visio viewer in explorer format the
hyperlinks give a warning the page may contain unsafe content and the opens
the page fine after ok is picked. How can I disable the warning.

Granted it was short, but the facts remain that it is not a Visio issue and
that there is nothing that can be done within Visio to eliminate the
message.

So is the answer to use a package other than Visio to accomplish task which
require hyperlinks?
