Visio 2003 - Will Not Print like Print Preview or Page displays

After upgrading to Visio 2003 my flow charts do not print correctly. The
following occurs.
a. Not all data prints that is shown. Bottom of page is cut off
b. Basic flow chart shapes print distorted. In other words it may have
been a square when I used it but when it prints it is a very long rectangle
thus causing item a above to happen because nothing is the correct size.
c. On screen and in print preview shapes go all the way accross the page
but get condensed to only half the page accross thus also causing item a
above to occur.

Has anyone experienced this? What do I do to correct.

I have downloaded all service packs

There were issues, but Service Pack 1 should fix them.

Either download from

or use Office Update.
