is there any Visio 2003 developers reference?

when I select help on the Visio 2003 beta, it lists a
developers reference. When I select it (the reference) it
is opened.

Hi, there: The developer reference is installed with the Visio product (beta
and final version). However, to see it, you have to be running in developer
mode. To enable developer mode, go to Tools | Advanced and check the run in
developer mode tab. THen if you go to the Help menu, you will see the
Developer Reference there. We will also ship in the Visio 2003 SDK, which
will be available in Q1 04.
