Visio 2003

Can anyone help please. I bought - legally - a copy of Visio 2003 a couple
of years ago b ut have only tried to load today 26th July 2007. I have
keyed in the correct Product Code but the message I then get is
THE PRODUCT KEY YOU ENTERED REQUIRES A VERSION OF 2000 OR 2002 TO UPGRADE.
IF ONE OF THESE VERSIONS IS NOT INSTALLED ON YOUR MACHINE YOU WILL NEED TO
SUPPLY IT ON CD ROM IN THE NEXT STEP.

As I have never had this software before there is no previous version on my
machine so how can I proceed to load and use this new software??

Sounds like you purchased an upgrade version that requires a previous
version to already be installed. You might check out somewhere like e-bay to
see if you can find a real copy of a previous version to move forward with.
