Visio 2007 and Outlook 2003 issue

I installed Visio 2007 on a machine that has Outlook 2003. Now everytime the
user starts Outlook, it wants to do some sort of install of Visio. This
happens everytime the user opens Outlook, even when he goes through the
install from the last time he opened Outlook....I'm stumped!?!?!
