Visio 2007 beta and Outlook issue

I installed Visio 2007 beta and experience no problems until I launched
Outlook 2003. Everytime Outlook tries to synch the databases with my exchange
server the Visio beta installer attempts to install visio 2007 requiring a
reboot after completion. Any ideas?

This issue normally occurs if Outlook 2003/Office 2003 is not with the
recent patches. I think installing Office 2003 Service Pack 2 may resolve
your issue.
