Visio 2007 Command Bar button IDs

I have a Visio 2003 application that adds some of the built-in
commands to my own command bar, e.g. Zoom. In Visio 2003 this had an
ID of 1733. However in Visio 2007 this now has an ID of 33894. I need
to build my application using Visio 2003, even if it is to be deployed
on Visio 2007. Is there some mechanism I can use to obtain the correct
ID at runtime. Or any other suggestions. (My application is a mix of
VBA and VB(6)).
