Visio 2007 - Error #-2147024809

I have a flowchart made up of screen shots. I'm trying to export it to
either the web, or to a pdf file. When I try to export to pdf, I'm getting
the error #-2147024809, Action 2117: Publish as PDF or XPS - first try
closing & reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio. When I try to
export to a web page, I get a blank screen with a little box with a red "x".
I was able to print to a PDF file, but the quality of the page is really bad
(unable to read), so I'd prefer to export to a web page with the ability to
zoom. The site of my document is 76.8mb - is this a problem? I have also
downloaded recent updates & hotfixes.

I have only been able to locate the -2147024809 error for Visio in one kb and
this has to do with Visual Basic a system error. It happened in Visio 2002
when a drawing contained a user form with Office Spreadsheet 10.0 control.
You should have the ability to save files in either format without issues.
Does the issue only occur with this file or any file you attempt this type of
action? Have you tried to repair or reinstall Visio?
