Visio 2007 Import from .xlsx

When I try to import .xlsx files all the data is corrupt / wrong.
But when I import from .xls files it is fine.

What can I do to fix this?

Hi Paul,

I wondered about this the other day. I wonder if they didn't update the
import stuff to go with the Office xml formats...?

I need to check on this...

It should work. I've not had any problems with .xlsx files when using
Insert>Object>Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet. Also, the Org Chart Wizard
accepts the .xlsx file.

Have you tried saving your working .xls file as .xlsx and importing that?
BTW, I did this on V2007 Standard.
