Visio 2007 - no shapes returned when searching

I have tried doing this (disabling and enabling the indexing service):

"No shapes are returned in the search results after you install the Visio

I still don't get any shapes when I search. I have done a reinstall of Visio
2007 but still no luck.

This is giving me a headache. I need to use Visio 2007. What else can I do?
I have XP Pro /w SP2

Anything. For example, server, cloud, firewall, computer, etc., I get no
results!
