Where do i find the Orchestration Designer for Business Analysts in Visio 2007?

There is one problem:

"Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 Orchestration Designer for Business Analysts
can only be installed on machines that have Microsoft Office Visio 2003
installed"

Strange why they mention it in the Microsoft Office Visio 2007 frequently
asked questions, when its is not available.
