Visio 2007 Org Chart via Active Directory

I saw that Visio 2007 has a cool Org Chart wizard that lets you build from
Exchange.

The problem I'm having is that when I go thru the wizard and select exchange
and select the CEO as the top page person, I get a warning: "Your
organization data contains 1 entries that are not in the organization. Do you
want to include them in your drawing?" I click yes and the org chart shows
with the top exec and that's it.

Why are the 'subordinates' not populating? Am I missing some important part
of the Exchange Org Chart? Is there any other way to create a visio org chart
using Active Directory? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
