Visio 2007 Org Charts

How can I get my Position names to line up with the lines put in by Visio?
The Position shape has Name and Title. I want only Name for the Position
shapes only, not the whole chart. Is there a way?

Are you asking, how do you make the name centered in the shape when there is
no Title? Don't think it can be done. The Org Chart shapes have a lot of
coding behind them and are quite inflexible.

I'm seeking a Position shape, meaning it will automatically connect to the
Manager shape above it, that contains a field for Name only. The Position
shape provided by Visio contains a field for Name and Title. For our
purposes, I do not need a Title field for staff members, just management. Is
there a way to customize a Position shape to contain only the field Name?

menu Organization Chart -> Options -> Fields
and untick the Title box.
