Visio Professional $559 retail / $349 upgrade
Visio Standard $259 retail / $129 upgrade
The exact set of product versions that qualify for an upgrade has not yet
been announced.
As for availability, the general guidance is corporate availability by the
end of 2006 with general availability in early 2007. To my knowledge,
Microsoft has not officially released more specific information yet.
