Visio 2007 - Save as or Save causes Visio to hang

I have tried to reinstall many times, and I still get this behaviour. I am
practically unable to use Visio now. I have tried disabling anti virus also ,
but to no avail. Has anybody seen this behaviour before ? Please let me know.

Is this to a local or network drive?
Can you do a Save As in any of the graphics formats?

This is just to a local drive. Even an empty document causes this behaviour.
