Visio 2007 SDK license terms

Does anyone know what the license terms are for the sample code
included in the Visio 2007 SDK? I can't find any explicit license
terms on the download page or in the SDK itself.

when you go to install it, you receive a license agreement page that you
have to click 'ok' to get the software to install.

automatic it becomes to click "I agree" without even thinking about
it.
