Visio 2010 Beta Installation problem

Hello,

I just downloaded visio 2010 beta 32-bit.i currently run Window xp Sp3. When
i try to install, the setup starts but crashes when file extracting phase is
complete. It dosen't give any error mesages. Anyone got an idea? Thanks in
advance.
