To MSFT,
I'm trying to create an organization chart using the Visio 2010
"Organization Chart Wizard (US Units)", but at the last step, Visio crashes
EVERY time. The Excel File (Excel 2010 .xlsx format) that Visio is trying to
pull information from contains only 4 "people" in it, and is a test file so I
can provide it if needed.
This bug is 100% reproducible on my laptop. Visio crashes at the same point
"Finish" -- this has happened 6 times now.
I just tried to create a new file using just the organization chart template
(US units), and Visio crashed. But creating a new file based upon the "Audit
Diagram (US units)" worked.
My computer:
Lenovo ThinkPad T400s -- current on all Lenovo drivers / BIOS
Windows 7 64bit -- current on all MSFT patches
Office 2010 Professional Plus 32bit
Visio Version 14.0.4760.1000 (32-bit)
Please let me know if there is any diagnostics I can run to debug this
problem.
