Visio 2010 - Organization Chart Wizard - Hebrew Excel Database

Hi, trying to use the Organization Chart Wizard by importing a 3-columns table, as following:
ID: Unique Number
Name: Hebrew text
Report_to: Numbers from the ID field

What seems to be the problem?
The wizard would not read the hebrew text, despite the according configuration of the language at the wizard setting window, right before clicking Import.

At the contrary, when importing an identical table except the removal of the Name (hebrew text) column, it generates a correct chart, using only number fields.
