Visio 5.0

when I try to install Visio 5.0 on XP SP2, I get THE STUPID 16 bit Windows
Subsystem Autoexec.NT error that says the system file is not suitable for
running MS Dos ams MS Windows apps.
Please help!!
I can't afford the upgrade...
