Visio 5 Internal Print 2107 "solution??"

All:

I have Visio 5 Service Release C installed. It's running on XP that is up
to date on all Microsoft fixes and Service Packs. It also has MS Office
2003 installed.

When I try to print, I'm getting the message Visio internal error #2107.

A Google search yielded a less than desirable "solution" -- create a new
user account!

With the new account I was able to get the printing to work on my machine
but this just can't
be the solution. Switching accounts just to run Visio doesn't sound right
to me.

Any thoughts?

All:

I solved the print problem by:

1. Uninstalling Visio 5.0

2. Cleaning out all of the now extraneous bits and pieces using JV16 Power
Tools and Windows Explorer.

3. Then reinstalling the original software followed by Service Pack C from
Microsoft.

All is now well.
