Visio 5; Service Release C; Download Problem

Hi,
Downloaded IE5X25C.exe via:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;254459

to upgrade my Visio 5 International to service release C.

Downloaded OK but when I doubled clicked it to install it came up with "
Corrupt Cabinet File"

I thought that there must be a problem with the download so I used another
PC and a different ISP. Same result. I tried to extract the file on another
PC and again the same.

Does anyone know of another site where I can down load this from ? Or am I
doing something wrong ?
