Visio 5c conflict with Windows XP

On installation a message comes up that Visio 5c is incompatible with WinXP.
Is there a patch?

No patch, just ignore the message it will work.

Windows XP did not exist when Visio 5 was created, so it is just warning the
user that he does not understand Windows XP. Visio 5 installs properly and
hte message can be ignored.
