Visio Add-In doesn't work using VB6 components

I've used the Extensibility wizard to create Add-In setup application.
The project uses 2 VB6 components:
MSCOMCTL.OCX
MSFLXGRID.OCX

It installs well and registry values are ok but doesn't work.
Is there a problem using these ocx in the .net project ?

technically, I suspect, it isn't really a visio problem but rather a problem
with vs.net. I have found that different versions of the same control may or
may not work when you try to port them to dotnet. I ran into this with the
chart control (finally ended up at version 6 sp4 to make it work) when
moving from vb6 to vs.net.
