Visio add-on hogging resourses problem

I've had a report from a customer with a problem trying to run our
utilities Visio add-on.
The program appears that it wants to do OLE operations, it replicates
itself and appears in a process task list 3 times (it shouldn't appear
at all) and it seems to hog CPU resources.

Naturally I can't replicate any of these symptoms.

The user is running Visio 2003 SP2 on Win XP Professional SP2.

Here are a few screenshots showing the symptoms:

Any ideas ?

Hi Al,
Apparently that is another symptom of the add-on. With the addon's
location removed from the startup file path all is ok and Visio runs
normally with only one instance. With vsu loaded, not only does it
show as a separate process but also creates 2 new Visio and vsu
processes !
