Visio addin - memory could not be read

Hi.
I develop a addin with custom toolbar for Visio 2003. When closing Visio, I
get "memory could not be read" error. This happens in the English version
(the French version of Visio seems to be OK).

If I use the commands ClearCustomMenus or ClearCustomToolbars in the
addinInstance_OnDisconnection event, things are worse: error to be sent to
Microsoft, addin desactivated etc.

When running from inside Visul Studio, no error.

A solution for Visio 2000 for a similar problem mentioned a hotfix:

Do you know of a hotfix (or another suggestion) for Visio 2003 ?
