Visio and AutoCAD 2000

In Visio 2002, is it possible to convert an AutoCAD
drawing to a Visio drawing, such that the new Visio
entities are editable?

Yes, Visio offers two possibilities. You can bring in a CAD drawing and
leave it as CAD to be displayed in Visio. You can also choose to convert
that drawing into Visio shapes. This second option gives you editable
entities, but with any conversion there are potential mapping inaccuracies
where Visio and AutoCAD do not have the same feature overlap (text
formatting is an example).
