Visio and IT use

2 Quick questions,
1. how is it possible for the IT resource kit to be "out of Stock" Isn't it
a download? (see Link)https://microsoft.order-9.com/visiopro/

2. is it possible to import data from excel, csv etc. to recreate my network
with out having to place 4000 objects, or even 100?

1. it's not a download, it's an add-on product (from Fluke and
NetZoomStencils)
2. import was dropped in v2003.

I understand that it's an add on, I just find it hard to believe that it's
"out of stock".
I figured out the import, it hasn't been dropped, just a little hidden.

Worse comes to worse I reload v2002 and the enterprise tools.
