Visio Ansi B drawing plotting to Ansi D size

Is there a way to take a small drawing like an 8.5X11 and plot it to a size D
drawing which is 22x34"? It is not as simple as choosing the correct paper
or plotter because it will still print small rather then using the paper
space available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is an issue for work.

This is how I do it on a HP 450C. A picture is worth a thousand words so

Thank you Dan. I tried your suggestion and it worked better although it
printed too big this time on 2 pages rather then fitting on one. Maybe there
is something else to tweak in the print settings to keep it on one sheet. I
did have the correct roll size picked (24") I thought maybe I forgot to
change that but that was not the case.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
