Visio application printing to Xerox WCP65 & DocuCentre 440

I have a WCP65 and Dcoument Centre440 installed at a
customer's location. When using either a Post Script
driver or PCL5E driver from the Visio application, parts
of the document are not printing. Have you seen this
before? Do you know what could cause this. Customer is
using 2000 operating system.

You didn't mention the version of MS Office Visio
that is being used. You may want to post this in
