Visio Architect vs Office 2003

In my workplace my manager has Microsoft Office 2003 with Visio. Our developers have Visio Architect (which appears to be Office 2002 compatible). Whenever he sends us a document created in 2003 we can not open in ours, is there a translator? We can ask him to save as 2002 every time but this is a hassle and wastes too much time.

unfortunately the only translator is the 'save as'. however you might consider just putting him on visio ea and avoid the hastle.
