Visio Automation:Text/Shape Resizing to adjust text in Shape

Hi,
I am automating Visio2007 using vb.net2005 to draw organogram. The wizard
runs and the organogram is drawn on the visio page with all the nodes/shapes.
But the problem is that some shapes' text is little longer and not fit in the
box shape and comes out of the box. How can I handle the issue via code?
