Visio & CAD

I have Cad (dwg file) drawings emailed to me by a builder
for designing security systems. I can insert the CAD
drawing into a new drawing, I size it to the paper (14x8.5)
and I see the CAD drawing on my drawing paper. When I try
to print it, NOTHING prints on the paper. I dragged and
dropped a Visio icon in each corner of the drawing paper
and when I printed the page only the icons printed. WHAT
AM I DOING WRONG???

based on another user's experience you might check a.)
under image options raster/vector, and b.)how was it
pasted into the drawing.

Regarding the icon issue, it sounds like you're actually embedding a
packaged version of the Visio document into the file, as an OLE object,
instead of an editable version of the file itself. Not sure what's causing
the first problem, though... I can't replicate it.
