Visio can't load speech recognition files

Hi
I am using Visio 2002 with office XP on windows XP. I am getting error
whenever I start Visio
"Microsoft Visio can't load windows speech recognition files due to windows
installer error 1605.
This action is valid for products that are currently installed"
I haven't found detail on web in this regard.
