Visio cant load

I have installed, uninstalled and repaired and whatever
you can think of to reinstall my Visio Pro. I just
upgrade my computer to Pent 4 2.8ghz and now my Visio wont
work, it installs fine and I can load it. But once the
grid screen apprears, I get a error message. It says
something like this:
AppName: visio32.exe AppVer: 6.0.0.1245 ModName:
mso9.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.3821 Offset: 0006ce3e

Can't seem to figure it out.


Please help, I need this to build my org chart for work.

Don't know what OS you are running but I just encountered
a similar problem with a Windows 98 machine. Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 320227 has a patch. What I found
was the file it is supposed to be replacing gdiplus.dll
doesn't get updated unless you rename or delete the old
file first. Check the version of this file. Also note that
the actual file size may not match what is listed in the
