A Visio 2003 diagram that contains hyperlinks and is saved in html format
seems to have 'misbehaving' hyperlinks. Hyperlinks containing space
characters that would normally be converted to "%20" in the URL are
inappropriately converted to "%2520". Since '%20' represents the ascii hex
code for a space, and '%25' represents the ascii hex code for a "%"
character, it appears that visio first converts the spaces to "%20" and then
inappropriately converts the "%" character into "%25". Does anyone know if
Microsoft has an update that fixes this? Is anyone else experiencing this
issue? Is there a workaround?
Thanks,
Keith
