Visio diagram is frozen

I cannot select any of the shapes in my diagram. I notice there is a double
red box around the entire diagram that I do not have on others. Could this
be the problem and if so, how do I remove this so I can unfreeze the Visio
diagram? LAB

It sounds like Track Markup is turned on and you are viewing a reviewer
page. Turn off Track Markup in the Tools menu.
