Visio 2002 and prior versions use a bin file to cache
information. Sometimes this can get corrupted and will
cause Visio not to start. Depending on the version, the
bin file will be in differing locations. Under find
files on you computer, look for "visio.bin" and delete
all occurrances. This will cause no harm to your
computer as it is merely cached information. Visio will
regenerate the file when it is relaunched.
Hope this helps,
Scott
