Visio doc saved as HTML into CMS page

I have a Visio flowchart that I have saved as an HTML doc. Within the
flowchart, I have hyperlinks attached to each shape that go to Word
docs explaining what the shape represents. The problem is in trying to
get attachments to access the flowchart within Content Management
Server. Has anyone been successful in having their flowcharts work
successfully, meaning, when a shape is double-clicked, that the proper
event occurs ? Has anyone had the same experience ?
