Visio does not print legal size!

In Visio 2003 (All service packs loaded to date), I can't get the software to
print to a legal size page. I open up visio and select a simple block
diagram. Make all the required changes to "Page Setup" to support landscape
legal size. I draw a simple rectangle using the rectangle tool to fill most
of the sheet with 1/4 to 1/2 inch margins - and it shows up great in print
preview. When I print it to the printer - I get a legal size sheet - but the
rectangle appears to be printing as if on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet. For the life
of me - I can't get the rectangle to print on the entire sheet!

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi David,

Yes I do - I and my son have tried every setting we can to get this thing to
print. If you have Visio 2003 - try printing and see if you get the same
result as I did??

Thanks,
Jeff

My print preview also looks great - but I need someone to verify the printed
copy for me. By the way - if I create a Word 2003 document and set the
printer to legal/landscape, then create a table the width of the page - it
prints perfectly! To me, that sort of rules out the printer - wouldn't you
think??
