Visio Drawing Control - Menu and Toolbar Merging

Hi,

I have problems getting the menu and toolbar merging running for my
MFC-Application.

I found examples how to create an container application and this works fine
for adding a Microsoft Visio drawing with the insert object dialog, but I
cannot get the merging work for the visio drawing control (ActiveX) embedded
in my application.

Is there any small example showing how to activate the merging? I think I
have to use IOleInPlaceFrame in some way, but I cannot get it work.
