I am assisting a co -worker on this issue. When he opens any Viso drawing, in
Visio 2003, all colored items display in grayscale. We can open the same
drawing on another system and it displays colors correctly. He has the same
problem with both new and existing drawings. If we send the drawing to a
color printer, the printout is in correct color. He does not have this issue
with any other application. I have deleted the Visio registry key,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\office\11.o\Visio\ and restarted Visio
to allow it to be recreated with no change. He let me know that someone
showed him a setting that set Visio to display in this manner, but he does
not know what they changed, and I can not find any setting that does this.
Does anyone know what it is that I am missing, or have any other ideas?
Thanks,
Mike
