I received a document that includes many drawing boxes. When I view them on
the screen they read correctly, that is they scale to fit the drawing box.
However, when I print pages that include these boxes, the images are not
scaled, but are only a small portion of the upper left corner. When I double
click on one of these drawing boxes, Visio opens to allow me to edit the
drawing. So the drawing appears to be from Visio. I found that I could right
click and select Visio Object then Convert. That "Permanently changes the
selected Microsoft Visio Drawing into the object type Microsoft Visio
Drawing." However, it is imractical for me to do that for every drawing in
the document. Any suggestions?
