To reproduce this problem: Create a basic square shape in Visio, select it,
and do save as... .emf file. Open the .emf file in a viewer program (I wrote
one myself). Note that the square does not completely fill the specified
rectangle during metafile playback. The EMF produced by Visio 2003 SP2 (and
earlier verions) appears to have scaling commands that effectively add an
equal amount of padding on all sides of the image. This extra padding is
annoying when trying to use Visio generated EMFs as content in .exe I'm
writing because I cannot accurately place them in my window.
