VIsio Equipment

I have recently upgraded to VIsio 2003. In Visio 2000, When you show
Equipment Lable, the Make and Model Showed. I see that information in the
Properties. How do I display all of my equipment makes, models, etc.. Checked
out help etc.

Visio 2003 has a Custom Properties window to display the properties of a
selected shape
SaveAs web will show all these properties in a side bar

If you are talking about text, then I think I recall that Visio 2000 network
shapes had Show Label on their rigtht mouse menu.
This has been removed, as have all VNE shape references.

However, if you have Visio 203 Professional, then there is a handy Label
Shapes addon under Building Plan.

Additionally, you can use one of the 3 Custom Callouts at the bottom of the
Visio Extras / Callouts stencil...
(Just drag the YELLOW control handle over a shape with properties - it has
changed from Green)

Lastly, you can insert any number of custom properties into a text field
using Insert / Field
