Visio error message

When I click on the visio icon I get an error message: This program has
performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. Visio caused invalid
page fault in module GDIPLUS.DLL@017F:00455AF9
This happened after I formatted my hard drive and reinstalled visio.
HELP!!!!!
