I am using Visio Standard 2003, with an HP CP1700 Printer. I am printing
something on 11 x 17 paper. One specific file will not print through the post
script RIP of the printer. I am able to print other files with the same set
up. There are 3 different versions of the same document; all 3 are exhibiting
the same issue when printing. Sometimes the document with print but it takes
a really long time to print out, and other times it will rip the document but
it will not print.
I have tried saving it as a new document, copying the drawing itself from
the current document and pasting it in to a new document but the same thing
happens. I can print out other similar files using the same exact set up. So
it seems to be something specific with these files. Is it possible that
something in the document is corrupt and causing the problem? Any ideas what
could be causing this issue? Has anyone had anything similar happen?
