Visio Flowchart

For whatever reason, when I connect my shapes, I don't
have a line with an arrow pointing toward the direction of
the flow, just plain lines. That works most of the time,
but I have one decision (diamond) shape that has three
lines coming to it, and I need those arrows showing to
prevent confusion. How do I get lines with arrowheads on
them?

Thanks!

Not sure which version of Visio you are using, but in Visio 2000, the arrows are on the Format toolbar. If they aren't visible, you can go to the View - Toolbars menu and select the Format toolbar.

I've got Visio 2002 Professional. I've got another chart
that's doing what I want. It shows a dark arrow in one
connector box, and dark rectangle (for color, I assume) in
the next, and says "connector" in the third. The chart
I'm having trouble with shows a line in the first, a clear
rectangle, and "connector" in the last. The problem is
that when I try to select the same options as my first
chart, they're not displayed to select at all.

Thanks for the help. --George
